Ponyta level 15 knows Growl, Tackle, Tail Whip and Flame Wheel (crappy moveset I know)

Houndoom is found just north of Valor Lakefront on Route 214. It is rare, however. It evolves at Level 24 into Houndoom. The entire Houndour Family is Dark-Fire type.
