Technically, they're not all covers, but you're right in a sense, many of them were based on old blues songs. That's why Willie Dixon sued over the rights to "Whole Lotta Love" and a few others. I think "Heartbreaker," "The Lemon Song," and "In My Time of Dying" were all based on other songs...and yet I still love the band!
