Does it have any power to it, like a good processor? I'm just wondering if it would work for online games, music, video, etc

it runs off a linux based os, very simple interface. i doubt that there will be development in the form of games, music, etc.
the processor probably is just enough to run the simple os smoothly.

Actually there are development. Games are already available (3D Pong, Simcity, Doom clone, etc), same for music unde Tam Tam bundle activities. It looks like you used the very old version of Sugar while recent update provided more. The interface was deliberately made simple to remove unnecessary waste of resource. You can use XO for browsing as long it is not heavily flash based website, painting, measuring frequency and more.

Depend of your perception. Because it is designed primarily for external use in mind for developing countries, it does not have huge power which increases battery consumption. Don't expect running it running modern 3D games. It is possible to display videos and listen to music though as long they are not resource intensive.
