I have one too. The package is a hell to get it open, it is melted together...

I damaged the first Clip+ 8GB with a sharp knife while opening the package...whoops...

Now i have a new one. :-)

Meh. I like the clip. Using mp3 capabilities on a phone drains the battery to quickly.
