@REDBLADE2012 Jesus takes away only those sins in which you have repentance.Repentance means regret about sin and it is very important to forsake sins.If you are not ready to forsake sin and still sining deliberatly then that means you are on your way to hell,but while you are here you have chance to repent ,but after death it is too late for repentance. Also we should not play games with God ,for example intention to repent in old age.It does not work through proof it works through faith.

I think the NDEs are real and there is a bright loving divine entity...but maybe that entity has nothing to do with the bible. From all the NDEs on youtube it does seem like that perfect and loving being just wants people to give love and kindness to one another. It doesn't endorse or demand exact religious beliefs or practices and doesn't reference the bible. Sounds more like a budhist figure than christian. But Christ seemed more budhist than modern day christian to me anyway.

I was maybe 20 minutes in this "parralel world" you are talking of, but i cannot say there is any kind of heaven or hell. BUT i have seen a deceased relative there, i think. Which, in turn, could well be made up by my brain trying to fill the darkness with "something i know of". I was just feeling good in that world. And because of that, i will not fear my natural death. Because i will return to the "nothing". After death is like before birth. NO existence. No soul, no rebirth, no anything.

I have one question. You say I must believe in Jesus , repent of my sins and sin no more to be saved. Then you say I must TRY the best I can not to sin . There is a big difference between NOT sinning and TRYING NOT to sin. Since we all are carnal and have a sinful nature, as Paul himself mentions, and we all fall short of being perfectly sinless how can anyone be saved if they cannot remain free from sin even if they try so very hard ? Maybe by His Grace we are saved instead of works?

@george7520 Jesus doesn't change sinful natures. We have to battle it every day. That sinful nature dies with him on the cross and we are finally free from temptation when we are resurrected. "The wages of sin is death." This is ABSOLUTE. Jesus said: " But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to desire her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." The point is that sin is "spiritual" too. How many Christians have looked at a woman or told that little lie? Are they doomed ?

We re all weak on occasion and forget to put on the armor. Sometimes we yield. The trouble begins if then one refuses to recognize a sin as a sin. Jesus met all of the strict demands of the o.t law and died in our place. And I learned at that moment that God gives the follower of Christ His Spirit, you actually get born again - not theoretically, but for real - and He aids you in obedience. Their suffering doubled for every person the led to Hell with their atheist philosophy. The very bottom was for false preachers.

I experienced going through the tunnel and the light at the end of it - and it wasn't just light - it was warmth as well - but I then stopped going toward the light and went backwards then was on the ceiling of the hospital room looking down at my body with all the doctors around me and hooked up to machines - I came back into my body and then married a man, birthed 4 children, and teach many people - I was 19 when I had the cardiac/respiratory arrest - yes, this is true about life after death.

And this has actually been scientifically tested. The claim is that some part of person X can leave the body and float around the room and look around. The person, who was about to leave his body (he was convinced he would) was asked to float up and look at the shelf behind him, where they had put a piece of paper with a word, symbol or number. If he did see the real room, and not the mental room in his mind, he should find it and be able to say it when he came back. He couldn’t.

I have no doubt that people tell the truth about having had an experience. I just doubt the validity. Yes, many people claim that this have happened to them. We have many testimonies that are all very similar. We have claims of alien abduction too, though. That doesn’t mean we believe. Revelation is necessarily first person. So based on their or your experience, I’m not myself justified. Because it’s indistinguishable from the faults in the dying brain I mentioned earlier.

So we know that people can have these experiences and that they can be false. The brain is a powerful world-generator. It can easily generate a mental world that seems real. Have you not woken up many times before thinking that your dream was real? We are easily fooled.

I have heard many claims about how to experience the supernatural, and they are often connected to damaging the body. Meditation for hours. Unnatural breathing. Not eating or drinking naturally. And of course when the body starts to shuts down. So it’s not surprising that the brain will go crazy and create hallucinations. We would in fact expect it. And my rule of thumb is that if you have a natural explanation, that’s likely the one, since they have always turned out to be true.
