if there is such an engineering shortage in australia, then why the hell are graduates finding it so hard to find a job. To be more specific there is a skills shortage, companies will only hire people with 2+ years experience. So this leaves a huge over supply of graduates which i find sad, spent 4 years of studying to now be working at woolwoorths. People can't even graduate because they can't find fuflil their compulsoty 12 weeks. If there is a shortage then why the hell does this happen??????
