@sonofthedestroyer My idea about the trap comment, is about vibrating faster and getting rid of limitations, not to dwelve upon the way the body is made. It's about that some ideas keep you trapped in the body where you should instead go outside. Spiritually evolve a bit further, seeing other people, exchange love. Other than that, the body/dna was engineered to be a slave for some ancient beings, the spirit of all on Earth was held down and suppressed (forgetting each lifetime).

seriously. I've been a seeker for years - and this is the lowest. barrel scraping peddling of meaningless babble I have run across in years. she is either a fraud, or a complete bubble head.
this is so bad I can hardly watch. if you feel like you don't get this, GOOD.

After barely making it in 20 minutes in an interview on Red Ice Creations I had heard enough and decided to do a google search "Sonia Barrett Fraud" to see how many foolish people are being taken in by her "new age babble" and stumbled across this comment. People PLEASE look elsewhere for the TRUTH as it is out there but this woman is a complete and total FRAUD!!

I agree with you Sonia. The answer is not to leave and ignore the body, but to pay attention to it. Our bodies are the radar to the universe. We are more powerful when we learn to be in it and move with it. When we allow the information to come to us instead of leaving ourselves to go to it we will become masterful. It is all about not moving and being the observers.
