  • So many smiles! It's great! My mom was going to send me there.

  • Anyone knows the title of the song?

  • Mitreißendes Lied und eine herrliche Stimme des kleinen Solisten.

  • in order to pass a song you must be able to sing it by yourself without any help and only make 3 or fewer mistakes. When it comes to the African section of the show, you must be able to sing the song perfectly aswell as perform. So anyone that you see on stage has practiced these songs many many times before just to be aloud to perform it for the I know all of this as i was a Drakie

  • @ david640- hi david, no, dance is not part of the curriculum but when you join the school you have to pass 18 tests as a "new boy" to gain your concert status. Once you have achieved this (this often takes months) you can still only perform in songs if you have passed them. public.

I know all of this as i was a Drakie

Can anyone tell me if dance is a curriculum at this school? These guys are really good dancers as well as singers.

    Thank you

  • I just love this song and this performance ...

  • How can one dislike this??? Just to see all these kids singing together and having so much fun already is enough for loving it ... But this song and their performance really are enjoyable to me ... They have the spirit! Just watch that little boy with the green shirt at the big drum - he loves it!!

  • Anyone having a little sense about culture and music knows that they're not tooi tooi'ing or screaming.

    it's art, dude.

  • @Safarica I don´t know dutch or afrikaans, but I get your meaning and you´re full of crap. You don´t understand music and art, you have no style and you´re a sorry creature spitting on those wonderful boys. Shame on you!

  • Zimbabwe went thru this phase in the early days of Independence, all just one happy family singing along. Then all hell broke loose and Mugabe became the second racist leader in Zimbabwe (first being Ian Smith). I pray that doesn't happen in SA.

  • I wish I were young again. Thanks for sharing the joy of your youth. blaine
