Hi Leo, I'm Jeff Pieters, Reggies twin brother. I just watched the dedication you posted and enjoyed it . As you may already know my bro also passed and he regarded Rudy as a true Master of the art. From what he told me, your dad was a true legend also. I met your dad in Chino and helped in the building of the studio platform in his backyard. It was an honor to be a small part of his life.I thank God that he started a ministry in Holland before he passed! God bless, Jeff
Leo, I don't think you remember me, but I trained with your Father in West Covina and Chino Ca. he was the kindest man I ever met. What a fantastic tribute.
Wow..I have a Rudy Ter Linden video of him teaching Penchak Silat. My instructor was Johnathan Wright in Arkansas (by way of California) at the time when we heard that Rudy (your Dad) had passed. Johnathan was so upset that he didn't teach for two months. I am so glad that I became familiar with Penchak Silat and learned of your Dad. I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a year ago. Sometimes I still expect the phone to ring but alas. Thank you very much for this video.
My father loved you like his own son. I remember how happy and proud he was when he saw you again... i will never forget the look on his face. You have been a brother to me for so many years and i miss you so much.thank you for everything and i hope i see you again very soon =)
thank you for your kind comment. I like the fact that this video has nothing to do with M.A. I made this video for my father. i wanted him to see himself through my eyes. Sadly he never saw it, but i am very happy to share it with the world...and show people there was more to this man then just M.A. Imho he is still a legend...and my all out respect is the least i could give to him.
Your very welcome. This is how i see him. this is how he was. I miss him everyday as i do my Brother and my Daughter. My only comfort is that they are together in heaven waiting for me. thank you for taking the time to view and comment. It means alot to me..
