Still remember the Triple Loop on the german carnival circuit of course as a portable coaster. The also portable Thriller had four loops with Gs up to 6.2 - that was the best coaster ever. Today still tours the Five Looper in germany - best coaster today.

yep thats right ;) the 4rth car fishtailed and on the 3rd loop it derailed and 3 people were thrown from the car and killed. the fourth suffered many broken bones and a punctured lung.

I've ridden this a few times but not since the train was shortened to 3 cars. It's a fast, powerful coaster. 3 people died on this ride in the mid 80s when the back of the train derailed violently. It was closed for a year pending investigation and then reopened around 1986-87.

How safe did the harness feel? When I was on the space shot I felt extremely safe, but on a different ride it wasn't tight enough and I was slipping, sliding, whiplashed, and I was terrified I'd fall out. How comfortable is the seat and is the harness tight enough to hold me in and not get whipped around? Help much appreciated, because I'm going on it tomorrow and want to know what to expect. the mindbender is ok its pretty fun but the harness is really uncomfortable its EXTREMELY noisy it hurts cuase its very rough and the loops are horrible for the G's, but its pretty fun went on it like 12-13 times last time i was at galaxyland goin again on friday!

Ive been on Behemoth, TTD, and Behemoth, and I have to say Top Thrill was the best based on the fact ou go 120 MPH, But Behemoth is shit compared to mindbender... sure its Canadas largest coaster, but its just long and fast with no variety.You just go up and down mounds for 1:30... Mindbuster you actully have loopty loops, you go down extreme drops, and twist and turn... and its not "big", but Ill wait about 10 minutes for a 2 minute ride over waiting an hour for a minute and a half ride ALL DAY

The mindbender has (to my knowledge) the highest g force you can get on a rollercoaster, 6.3, whereas the Behemoth has only a 4.5 g force. [Btw a g force is how many times higher the gravity is]

I have been on most of the major coasters in North America. Yeah Behemoth is the largest, but it's intensity is nothing compared to Mindbender.

Bigger doesn't equal better. Some of the most intense coasters are smaller then the larger ones. If you want to go by just size. I have also been on Behemoth...and Top Thrill Dragster. So by your standards...you would be a pussy then right?

Great POV!

Its really hard to capture the experience of the coaster on video, but this video is pretty much the best Ive seen on YouTube for the Mindbender. If anyone watching this has not yet been on this ride, you are definately missing out!
