dude you can sell it you need to find the guy that use to be the shop owner find him talk to him and say sell you can sell it for low amont of price though
then you see the underworld king and the witch talking then you go to traverse town then do you go to the assecory shop and i keep goin there but ponichio aint there please help!...

I really have no idea, but you don't have to see him there. If you want to figure out how to get the cutscene, check a site like GameFAQs.
