Paul Braggs trek in Death Valley proved and shut the case on humans needing salt. This old man trekked the desert with a handful of young college athletes who all consumed salt products and salt tablets while Paul drank distilled water. They didn't make it half way and got terribly ill and some had to be hospitalized. Paul continued trekking and ended up doing the 30 miles in. THEN the next day, trekked all the way out the 30 miles only consuming distilled water. Amazing proof!!!
Sea salt by its nature is not iodized. In fact iodine added to salt mostly evaporates (sublimes) in a short t ime. Kelp or Lugol's solution or Iodoral is the way to get iodine. And if the doctor t old them to s tay off salt, don't interfere unless you are a doctor. I am not. I am 83. I use quite a bit of sea salt. I have no arthritis and my bp runs 120/80 or less.
does the sea salt have to be iodized? or should it be? haven't been able to find iodized sea salt yet. does it exist? and what should I tell elderly people who say to me that they aren't supposed to have salt due to high blood pressure?
True about the loud buzzer! Anyway, I've been told to limit salt as much as possible. Maybe that doesn't refer to sea salt but if so, I'd like to know.
I kinda like your videos--they seem sincere and make me wonder about your method of disconnecting from the cause of illness...i've watched a few of them tonight...I'm going to try the sea salt on my dog.( I think she has a canine form of MS--maybe the extra minerals will help that too!) Thanks for the suggestion and here's hoping it relieves some of her pain.
Thanks for the suggestion of the sea salt, although your video was filled with wisdom I can only worry for the little old lady listening intently to your words and being sent reeling when that blasted buzzer goes off suddenly. I'm glad I had a strong heart there.
Very good..I believe in sea salt for a few things..Thanks for posting

Flax seeds cure arthritis as does grey sea salts. Refined sugars also cause artheritis.
