Unfortunately its not, The truck was blown up at end of the movie and was sent to a scap yard, while it was there a man bought the green goblin face off the front. I used to talk to him but he was kind of a jerk.
There was a second face made for the movie for backup in case the first didnt survive filming, it was never used and over the years has dissapeared from the storage facility it was in,
@blackandgold51 agreed, however at the time this movie was made these old rigs were a dime a dozen. Nobody thought they'd ever be worth anything. Sad but true.

That's stupid that the film makers did not use other copies of the Western Star to save the main truck and instead blown up the main one.
