For Movie Studio users like myself, you can get the vignette effect that looks exactly the same as the Pro effect by simply going to the Border effect (in the Video FX tab), then drag over Bevel onto your background layer. Then change the Type to Blurred, adjust the Size, and you're done!

I don't know if someone else has mentioned this, but there's a way to get a vignette with Movie Studio. Add a "soft edge" border effect to the white background, and set it to blurred. Voila!

Thats pretty easy to replicate

You do a picture on photoshop etc with elongaded D's and P's

In Vegas Pro, use the crop tool to hide the elongaded D;s and P's

and reverse the crop so as the video plays forwards the D's and P's get fully shown, to turn it on its side simply use the Pan & Crop to turn it on its side within half a second or so for a swift quick look

The rest is sound effects

@MysticalKitty71 an easier way to do this on Vegas M ovie Studio is to go to Video FX > Light Rays > Moderate Bounded Spotlight. Put the effect on the white background. Then you can edit it and feather it out. A lot easier. ;]
