When will people realize being skinny does not make one healthy? Healthy means a good intake of a variety of foods including meat. Vegan has also been proven to shrink the brain over a short period of time by up to 20%. Many friends I know don't get the exercise this woman does and end up sickly and weak. She's an extreme example but I guarantee her body will eventually fight back and punish her for denying her natural inclination. It's been proven and she's still too young to feel it.

I've been struggling to lose weight off and on for a long time. I use to eat fruit all of the time years ago and stayed around 112. I have been restricting my calories and carbs and have lost 10lbs but the scale hasn't been moving even with all the walking I do with my job. So, I decided to eat all the fruit I wanted...bananas is one of my easy favories and I got on the scale this morning and I lost 3lbs in one day! I can't wait to get on the scale again tomorrow. You were heaven sent. :))

Remember to mention in your videos that people need to exercise. You state they can eat all the calories they want, but you don't mention that they still need to exercise to help burn out enough so they do not become fat cells. You do mention exercising in the video but not directly and never in the same sentence as eating all of the calories you desire. People will have a harder time associating the two because of this. I can dig it - but what about calories in versus calories out? You can't eat 4000 or 5000 calories a day of fruit and expect to lose weight if you're overweight right? I did one of these kinds of diets... with dairy and minimal animal food mixed into the diet (minimal being recomended amount 3-4oz meat).. i ate mostly veggies, brown rice, fruits, ocasional proteinshakes my hair turned white from it so i got fucked over from it. Protein from nuts and veggies is different from protein in meats. Meat reverted back some hair color most is gone forever -.- My message i went over my calorie goal and still lost weight on raw/dairy but it fucked up my hair
it is because you are over simplifying it. a calorie is not just a calorie. it depends where it comes from. i don't agree with what this woman is doing though, it is actually a pretty unhealty diet. one of the worst i have seen. why eat the same food over and over again? also fruit juice is way too high in fructose sugar which will make you diseased.
It might not be such a great idea to eat so many bananas in NZ because MAF fumigates them. Even the organic ones. Unless of course you can source a local organic supply or grow your own. They grow them in Auckland and Northland but they are hard to find.
I love the part about peeing. I pee half a dozen to a dozen times a day, clear. I have friends you say I have a disease cause I pee so much, and they are proud they pee 1-4 times day. LMAO. They think its good to not pee. I ask them what colour it is, they say golden or gold-brown... yeah, that safe to have all those toxins in your body...

1 year ago i didnt believe this was remotely possible. Then i had some Florida backyard garden bananas that were quadruple the quality of the phoney supermarket version. The homegrown bananas were so much realer, its possible they had a richer amino acid - protein profile.

I've been struggling to lose weight off and on for a long time. I use to eat fruit all of the time years ago and stayed around 112. I have been restricting my calories and carbs and have lost 10lbs but the scale hasn't been moving even with all the walking I do with my job. So, I decided to eat all the fruit I wanted...bananas is one of my easy favories and I got on the scale this morning and I lost 3lbs in one day! I can't wait to get on the scale again tomorrow. You were heaven sent. :))

@Mrappleandorange123 you wont need to exersize. You will have a higher metabolism from eating all the fruit, so that will burn it off. Im on this diet eating at LEAST 3000 cals a day and ive lost 30 pounds in two weeks ;3

Remember to mention in your videos that people need to exercise. You state they can eat all the calories they want, but you don't mention that they still need to exercise to help burn out enough so they do not become fat cells. You do mention exercising in the video but not directly and never in the same sentence as eating all of the calories you desire. People will have a harder time associating the two because of this. Just a suggestion, please don't take this as someone trying to be an ass.

@BarakianArt what about excessive skin? sorry to ask a personal question but i was told by a trainer that its best to eat meat (fish, chicken) bc its most compatible with our bodies and builds better muscle that will tighten an tone the skin. my key concern about losing weight has been skin... i really prefer to stop eating meat. it makes more sense that skin would look better and tighter by eating mostly fruits/veggies n drinking tons of water.id like to hear what @durianriders say about it

@TheNewMeChannel You already know, it's the fruits and veggies, your skin will be tight because your body will not have to work so hard processing all the meat, fat and sugar(that damages the body). Eating fruits and veggies is better because your body will heal faster !

I can dig it - but what about calories in versus calories out? You can't eat 4000 or 5000 calories a day of fruit and expect to lose weight if you're overweight right? Not burning off the extra calories would make someone fat - just like Western American diet overeating. Maybe I'm simply not getting it. I want to though!

@javashred I know people that have dropped 50-180lbs eating all the fruit, rice, beans they care for. They ate ZERO oil or animal products.
Do you honestly know anyone that got fat from JUST eating fruit & veg? Me either! Do you wonder why the vain, anorexic, weight conscious athletes come to this lifestyle? Cos it makes it easy to stay lean.

@durianriders this is realy interestin how this approach works aswell as the atkins aproach where you body absorbs fat after you eat, and burns fat in between meals (ketosis), i decided to try the raw vegan approach bcos i blieve in the ethical treatment of animals. i was wonderin, however, do you have to excercise to lose wight this way, (i am a person allways prone to injury)

I did one of these kinds of diets... with dairy and minimal animal food mixed into the diet (minimal being recomended amount 3-4oz meat).. i ate mostly veggies, brown rice, fruits, ocasional proteinshakes my hair turned white from it so i got fucked over from it. Protein from nuts and veggies is different from protein in meats. Meat reverted back some hair color most is gone forever -.- My message i went over my calorie goal and still lost weight on raw/dairy but it fucked up my hair

it is because you are over simplifying it. a calorie is not just a calorie. it depends where it comes from. i don't agree with what this woman is doing though, it is actually a pretty unhealty diet. one of the worst i have seen. why eat the same food over and over again? also fruit juice is way too high in fructose sugar which will make you diseased.

It might not be such a great idea to eat so many bananas in NZ because MAF fumigates them. Even the organic ones. Unless of course you can source a local organic supply or grow your own. They grow them in Auckland and Northland but they are hard to find.

I love the part about peeing. I pee half a dozen to a dozen times a day, clear. I have friends you say I have a disease cause I pee so much, and they are proud they pee 1-4 times day. LMAO. They think its good to not pee. I ask them what colour it is, they say golden or gold-brown... yeah, that safe to have all those toxins in your body...

1 year ago i didnt believe this was remotely possible. Then i had some Florida backyard garden bananas that were quadruple the quality of the phoney supermarket version. The homegrown bananas were so much realer, its possible they had a richer amino acid - protein profile.
