@Donnerstag I do explain how to create the cat eye in steps, i.e. by holding the brush flat for a thicker line, lining the bottom half way and by joining up the upper and lower lash lines. This video was originally meant only as a rough guide, as I am not a qualified make up artist and therefore unwilling to give detailed and possibly incorrect advice.

@thestolenvoice123 I haven't made videos in a while since I've been at uni... some day I will get back to it! lol I used to do this look using light and dark pink, with natural or bright pink lips depending on how you want it... Purple and blue would be fantastic! I love those colours... I'll try and think of a variation on this look :)

@MrsBestiaAzul Charming. Thanks for your opinion... but I don't usually wear makeup. I feel attractive and legitimate without it. I use it to create 'looks' which is why I show my natural face as a canvas first. I beg to differ on the subject of makeup. I don't believe Makeup make miracles rather that it can be used in the right hands to create art. It's a very sad case when someone only feels attractive with makeup.

@truplek This video was made when I was 16. I am now 18 and far more aware of such things. In fact in the UK it is now illegal for cosmetics to be tested on animals so these brands are in the clear now.

They're are many companies that already don't (like M.A.C, benefit, E.L.F and many more) but Rimmel, Maybeline, Collection 2000 and Boots own brand, No7 DO test on animals.

Some companies have laboratories abroad so I suppose they could be slipping through the net. The trouble with animal testing research is it's often unclear how and when the research was carried out.
