I cut my teeth drinkin' beer,Shiner Premium,when that's all they had,except maybe for Bock and Lone Star too with an ol' ww2 vet named Elva Rogers,listening to his stories of Guadal Canal,the South Pacific and runnin' 'round Houston,Galveston,etc. He crashed a 1934 Ford coupe on the Texas city dike into a culvert ! This song reminds me of him. R.I.P. Elva
