The Foo Fighters band, which he made to tour the album he wrote and recorded on his own, save for one guitar part, toured after the album was made.

The album was a compile of songs he had had written for years, one of them being over 5 years old. Dave doesn't count the album as a proper release because he never would have made anything out of it if it weren't for it leaking to labels.

Well the video is ofc tuned up and enhanced post production so it will often "sound" better than live, but if you acctualy go to a concert then the atmosphear, the croud, and acctualy seeing them makes the live experiance far better than listening to song alone at home.
