or maybe the "untwisted suspension frame", but both wheels of the axis will make the same up/down at the same time, were used by some REALLY old Tractors...
@surredneck66 I'm not wrong at all...I know all about BIGFOOT and its ten foot tall tires...These are on the alaskan snow train are they not?...granted they aren't 10 feet tall...but the tread pattern and make are the same...so no i was not incorrect as you stated...I've seen BIGFOOT 5 in person...just because I said these tires...I didn't mean these exact tires...I mean't this STYLE...wiseguy
@vettelover2009 Just read your posts. I am not sure of all the specifics, but one of the earlier Bigfoot trucks did actually use tires from the scrapped LeTourneau LLC1. They found it in a salvage yard and bought the tires for $350.00 each. They were Firestones. It was before monster truck tires were produced and tractor tires were only so big, so at the time these were the biggest tires available in the world. So you are actually correct.
I do believe there is one in a museum somewhere. If you call Letourneau University in Texas, they can tell you where it is at. Or try searching on the net.
You guys will want to look at the snow train shown in this video :

Obviously, they changed the hubs of the rims to fit the new axles.

@BIILYBOB999
Advances to helicopters made them more attractive than the landtrain.

That's interesting to watch. I was a student at LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, in 1995/96.
