  • YES SIR!

  • Respectively I find that you cannot progress in any art without the fundamentals. If we forget our foundation and attempt to progress onto the movements that we think are "cool" then you are missing the whole concept of MARTIAL ART. My Sifu always preaches fundamentals and principle. Once we have a strong foundation then the rest is easy. Many thanks and blessings to Sifu Bey and Bell. Please keep the infomation coming! Thanks for posting.

  • SHONUM!!!

  • That was the realest when talking about real fights starting with the hands down and entering into the target. You rarely have the time to square up when getting snucked.

  • the opening set you can hear the air break with relaxed power-that combined with Sharifs conditioning make him formidable-great series

  • so much knowledge

  • BaGua is a guerilla warfare martial arts which techniques palm strikes , elbow strikes , kicks , leg locks,& evasive footwork tactics were created for real combat. End of the day it is the he/she behind the martial art that makes it effective.

  • Sifu Bey, I have, so far to go in my Kung Fu training. Thanks for the message.

  • Hey sifu I have a question and I mean no disrespect in the least. Do u feel that ba gua is a good street fighting tech? I train and teach jkd , kali. I feel all art r beautiful.

  • Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic breakdown of shape vs technique, tendon strength vs muscle strength and Tiger vs Leopard. Answers a lot of questions I had about what I've learned over the years and why my teachers made me train the way they did. Respect.
