I would have picked Sinnoh before Garchomp was banned, and...Sinnoh after.Sinnoh was just by far the largest infusion of good new OU pokemon,with a variety of pokemon receiving evolutions to go along with by far the best starters and quite a few good pokes completely new as well, such as Bronzong.Every generation,the new pokemon are the best until the next one, because each generation's pokemon are designed to take advantage of new abilities/moves/strategies.Kan­to pokemon are the coolest though.
