The world we live in is portrayed in music its going to happen if its sensored or not. You can choose to open your eyes & ears to see & hear it to maybe learn something or you can be closed to it all either way its still gonna happen. - Ambion
Hustle "Corey Hill" Simmons, thanx for watching my CNN debut.
I agree 100% with all of your comments about Rick (CNN). I agree with JayneMariefromDet he had an aqcusational tone to all of his questions. He didnt let us answer a question at all. The piece was supposed to be 30-40 minutes, unfourtunatley there was a storm in the mid west that wiped out a towns buildings. So they dedicated our time to that. I wanted to punch him thru the screen after his basketball comment. r u serious on CNN
that reporter was so annoying. he should have been a lawyer since all of his questions had an aqcusational tone. He admitted that he didn't get it, but it certainly didn't seem as though he wanted to get it. This was a worthless 6 minutes. Whatever you thought about hip hop to begin with you still think, one way or the other. There was no not time to get into anything.
these reporters are dumb as hell they don't know what they talkin about, why are they only pickin on hiphop? but they won't crticze rock.. rock has just as much cuss words as hiphop theydon't knwo nothin you can't blame music for peoples actions
he was a fuckin dumb ass fag and i gav u thumbs up to take away whoevr the hel gav u a thumbs gown with they gay ass! u can tell whatevr "african american" that are his friends are prolly really corny white ppl on the inside i hate hate when black folks 4get who they really are or sum who even dont know where they came from
Cnn's should have titled it--> MAINSTREAM hip-hop: Art or Posion? Becaus eyou can't just generalize hip-hop as just ruthless, thug, hustlingm fly chicks/cars. That's just an aspect to hip-hop. Their is alternative forms of hip-hop not being displayed in the radio or t.v.
*BUT There is a few in mainstream that is good: Lupe Fiasco, Common, some Mos Def & Kweli, some of Kanye West...and a VERY few others.
Na it's not mostly written by white people, their music is mostly written by the artist. *It's the industry that forces the artist to write what sells. Ie: look at Xibit's early career in the ealry and mid 90's and compare it to now. Same for Rah Digga, Eminem, and etc.
he interviews them to hear himself talk. how bout let the guys you are interviewing talk? dumbass. he cuts them off before they can actually make any points because he wants his point of view to come out on top
