If any politician wanted to be safe, he/she would be pro gun rights, pro-choice, and pro-gay marriage. Own what you want, abort (or don't) your pregnancy, and marry whoever you want. Schiff has piqued my curiosity for some time now, but I'm withholding support (not a CT resident, full disclosure) until I find out more of his stances on the issues. I'm of the opinion that freer markets lend themselves to freer societies in general, but I still want to know his specific position on gay marriage, abortion, privacy, etc etc.
