  • your "two hats" sir.. are a conflict of interest... and so is ur personal crusade being waged as a lawmaker / lobbyist.

  • they should do this to the sex offender in my citie

  • 4:55 then why show her face. Isn't that wholly abusive? Show a picture of your under-18 daughters face, while saying "She was 12 years old when she was molested and raped."

  • Even though they chose a stupid path, they did their time in jail. Most sex offenders have learned their lessons and won't do anything again. The ones that do, they're really sick and their brains are corrupted. These people should not have to live like this, just because of what they did in the past. My father chose a wrong path too, he was given 20 years for viewing of underage pornography. Now you might say he's a pervert but he is the nicest man I know and has never did harm to me or anyone.

  • AMERICA LAND OF THE FREE

  • sex offenders should die

  • So should u u narrowminded retard

  • Man, think about living under a bridge, think about being homeless too with no nothing, really.

  • @cymrutroll but honestly, you'll probably be in a situation where you are around alcohol and women. The question is, will you be able to control yourself? MAKE CHOICES that do not end with the same result? Or will impulses based on your SEXUALITY tempt you? Your situation is obviously less severe, but apply it to a man who molests children. Legislation is fucked, and there are more offenders daily, they don't know what to do with you guys..I'll give you that.

  • He should be thankful to be alive.

  • I'm not saying it's right the conditions that they are living in,but at the same time the youth that they molested/attempted will live with the reprecussions of the molester's actions for life. They will be impacted mentally, unlike the temporary necessity for these men to have proper housing. These men forfited a lot of their rights as citizens when they decided to break the law. They should've thought before they acted on their impulses.Predators' time in prision does not erase the crime.

  • @morganshatz Not all sex offenders rape/molest children dumbass. Once you do the time then thats t you go free. Re isolating these men might just get them more angry and want to commit another crime from desperation and bottled up anger.

  • @borgyoh I never said children, so who's the dumbass you fuck? I said youth, and that applies to anyone who is young and a victim. It isn't a do the time pay for the crime situation...We're talking about both parties lives being affected forever. That mentality is exactlywhy we have repeating offenders. You think locking someone up in a cage for a few months is going to erase those impulses? All of these ADULTS HAD CHOICES, their choices= their consequences.

  • @borgyoh Sorry you won't find any sympathy here for anyone who touches a minor, or is on the sex offender registry. Clearly you're sympathetic, maybe a possible offender yourself. I have some compassion on the pure fact that these are human beings...but at the same time they've created their destruction. What separates us from any other animal is our capability to judge and make choices. Their lapse in judgement is by choice. CHOOSING to violate others.

  • @morganshatz I wasnt talking about those who hurt children, I said NOT ALL SEX OFFENDERS HURT CHILDREN. Where did you get that I am a sympathizer for those who hurt kids out of that?

  • @borgyoh I get your view, if you have nothing to lose..then why not resort to a life of crime? It isn't always a black and white sort of thing, definitely a grey. There are no definite answers, and someone who is "drunk and grabs a woman's ass" might be charged with as much time as someone who had malicious intentions. The law can't necessarily address every specific crime's details, it is just a blanket statement out there to all predators or offenders. I can see flaws in legislation

  • @borgyoh but at the same time, If I am capable of having the decision making tools and being entirely competent for my choices..(and one bad choice can ruin your life) then why shouldn't that apply to any of those men under that bridge. I don't want to get all feminist, but honestly women take enough harassment, validating these men or sympathizing for them is completely out of the question for me.

  • im on the register for touching this womans ass. i was very drunk at the time

  • @cymrutroll yeah you could've been wasted and your impulses surfaced, but you made a decision to take it to that level. Just as much as it wasn't your right to touch her ass unconsensually, it IS her right to press charges. And most people would go "oh what a bitch" about this girl who pressed charges, initially the thought even crossed my mind..but at the same time she empowered herself and made you "learn a lesson". Maybe you will be a rehabilitated sex offender who doesn't drink and grab.

  • This is not right. By no means do I support sex offenders, but this is unconstitutional and an invasion upon the freedom of these men. What happened to the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? This man has served his 10 year term, yet he is practically still in prison

  • @andyf103 Agreed! This is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if a sex offender resides 2501 ft. or 2499 ft. from a school. If he or she wants to molest a child or rape a woman they're going to do it! The sex offender registry and the local ordinances are seriously flawed. These people deserve to have normal housing.
