That's really bizarre - you wouldn't think that the 2.5 update would cause hardware to stop working. I'd suggest doing a hard reset and re-installing the firmware. Beyond that, call Zune tech support.
Ok, my pc can't handle any new updates so I'm stuck with 1.1 version. But, it got deleted from my files and now I can't find anywhere that I can download it. Can you send me the software or a link to where I can download version 1.1 again.

You point the Zune software at whatever music folder you want, and it will monitor that folder and add it to the music library - regardless of whether or not you paid for the music.
Yes, it's a similar idea: a place to buy music, TV shows, etc. I think the Zune Marketplace works/looks much better than iTunes, but that's just my opinion. ;-) The Zune Marketplace is only fully functional if you live in the USA though.
No idea - if you're seeing the Marketplace tab, that means the Zune software thinks you're in the USA...as for why it wouldn't show you videos, that's the first I've heard of that.

Sure - just click on the song, and drag and drop it onto your Zune (the icon at the bottom right of the screen when your Zune is connected). If sounds like perhaps you have it set up to auto-sync all your music? You can turn that off - connect your Zune, click on Settings (upper right corner), then Device, and look in there for the sync settings.
I guess I need to do a Zune 101 video on how to get music onto the Zune. :-)

No, once you drag the song onto the Zune, it will stay on the Zune until you remove it. Song by song is a pretty painful way to move music, most people move by genre, artist, or album...
Great review there! You hit it right by talking about sharing zune cards! Zune cards makes all the difference for me when comparing between my iPod experience and the Zune. On top of that, my friends on xbox live now check out my music and they all started 1 by 1 getting the zune too! Of course the GUI still needs a bit getting used to (compared to my years getting used to the iTunes GUI) however the sharing of music just makes it all the worthwhile for me!
Try rebooting the Zune - press up and hold on the control back, and press and hold the back button. Reboot your computer, then try again. If that still doesn't, try calling Zune tech support (it's free).
You should be able to update from 2.3 to 2.5 no problem with a 30GB, as I did this myself the day the update came out. You should try uninstalling the Zune software and reinstalling the new software, it should retain all of your settings.

1) Yes, I believe that's still the case. I don't think Microsoft views this is a bug, they view it as a feature that if you delete music off your hard drive, or photos, it means you don't want it any more - and will remove it from your Zune. I happen to agree with them, that's the way I want it to work, but I understand not everyone thinks that way. :-)
2) I'm not sure. Download it yourself, install it, and if you're having trouble, use the metadata reset tool.
It's not that I want to delete the actual content off of the hard drive, just from the Zune software so it won't look so cluttered when adding new stuff. Just a personal preference I guess. Kinda sucks it will come off the device as well though.

Yes: the Zune hardware will be launched in Canada on June 13th. Unfortunately the Zune Marketplace will not be launched at the same time - it will come later. How much later? The Zune team isn't saying.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think for now this is all developer only stuff...I believe that the spring 2.5 update means that games can be deployed to a Zune, but right now there's no way to "install" them - you have to deploy them through the XNA software. And that means developers would have to give out their source code for the game - there's no "installer" yet. It's a bit too early for games showing up on everyone's Zune.
I actually like the software quite a bit - it's much better than Windows Media Player. It's not perfect though, there's still some stuff they need to fix and polish up.
I think, I hope, that's something they're going to add later. They sure need to in order to compete with the iPod! And they need to make it compatible with the Xbox Live purchases as well.
Let me guess: you're outside the US, right? The Zune team once again has decided to wage war on non-US Zune owners, which I find bizarre and frustrating. Go into your control panel, regional and language options, and change your location to USA. It should work then - though you might need to reboot the PC.
I notice you can copy and paste album art, just open the dir that your music resides in, right click on the graphic, copy then go the zune software and click on that album and paste, btw it works if u do the same thing from the web, although I prefer marketplace v.1. Drag and drop, or if you choose get album art, the zune app would open the dir that the tracks are in, not my pictures folder. But this is a lot better; I love the chat feature as well
You mean the sorting options? Yeah, I'll get to those. My video was 9 minutes 43 seconds, and YouTube limits me to 10 minutes - so it's impossible to cover everything. More videos are on the way. :-) (I posted one about the new social features)

once my zune got updated to the 2.5 version, i dont know why but the Zune pad just stopped working.
i tried erasing all content from my zune and rebooting it which seemed to help.
but once i click on music or videos or basically Anything on my zune the pad stops responding.
Any suggestions on how to fix that?

When you are signed into msn if you play music it pops up as your personal message. before the update it didn't do that.
