@PS317fan what do you mean how many messages you have left? Like how many more your inbox can hold? It varies from phone to phone. I have an LG Env Touch and it can only hold a little over 200 which sucks. 300 would be ideal for me

my screen just recently went out on the interior. but i can still text using the exterior screen. could you reply to me to steps in deleting my inbox because it is full and as you know i cant delete messages from the exterior screen. like for example....open flip portion push the top left message key, arrow down 2 times then push ok, push arrow down then push ok again. or whatever the steps to deleting my inbox are. keep in mind that my screen is black so i need to know every step. thanks alot.

My friend, dad, and my phone (we all have the enV3) keeps turing off randomly. They were all full battery but they keep turning off. Like mine was on my chest and it turned off. Is that a common problem?

@BeastmodeFilms - I never had that problem when I had mine, but I have heard of others who did. Have you taken it back to Verizon? They should give or send you another one.

It's a known flaw with all enVs and VZ can't and won't do anything about it.

Does it have good connection? Because AT&T has very bad connection in mountain and hill areas. My family was very disappointed with their AT&T phones because of connection problems. (P.S. I am 11 years old haha)

@hthrvrgn - I had both, each has their pros. I like the size of the enV3 better - I just like a small phone. But the outer screen of the enV Touch is sweet! :-)

a full day. I text heavily and make usual calls and it's working from 6am and around 1am it dies. If I don't use it very much it stays on for 2 days tops.

I guess thats not TOO bad. But it wouldn't be good if you're on a road trip. Because that means non stop texting and unless you have a car charger, you're pretty much screwed. Do you still have your env touch or did you exchange it for an env3?

Oh, I was talking about the battery life for the env3. My brother has the enV Touch. It lasts about 9 hours with nonstop texting. Pretty crappy. Maybe a full school day, an hour after that, dead.

Oh, because my cousin has the env3 and she said it only usually goes down one bar a day. I'm torn between the two phones. I love touch screens, but I don't really like the themes on the env touch and I really like the ones on the env3. And I like how the env touch keyboard is bigger, but the env3 is still easy to use..

well, if you love touch screens, I'd go with a different Verizon phone. There is more phones that have touch screens and qwerty keyboard, or just a plain touch screen and longer battery life. But if you are just debating between the 2, I'd get the env3. The env touch's touch screen doesn't work too well, display interface isn't that nice looking, bad battery life, and screen cracks easily.

And its stupid because its only required for people who buy the phone now, but the people who got it earlier dont have to pay for it.. And I like blue better, but EVERYONE who has the phone has it in blue.

Yeah I got it early january and then I january 19th they required it. I was lucky by a landslide. yeah everyone has it in blue but it looks better. I suggest getting a case for it. I have one, so the blue interface still looks nice on the inside, and then I have a nice zebra case (or whatever color you'd like) on the outside. Wouldn't look to nice with maroon.

I have this phone. It is beautiful and when it works fine it is a great phone. I have never had as much trouble with a phone than I have had with this one. I am on my 4th phone within one year. It shuts off itself, and changes the wallpaper whenever it wants to.  They did come out with software to correct the problems they had with the phone, however, I don't find that it is working very well.

You can't. If you have a program on your computer, you can shorten the song to the ~30 seconds you want as your ringtone, but you can't use the whole song.

i would reccomend the env3. i just upgraded from an LG dare. and i didn't like the touch screen. i much prefer buttons, it's simpler. and i have a friend who has the env touch and she's already been through 3 of them in 2 months

but it really depends on what you prefer; buttons or touch screen. i suggest going to verizon and playing around with the env touch to see if you like it

but theyre both great phones. but coming for somone who owned a touch phone, i much prefer having the buttons!

I have other firends that r gettin it soon because they like it so much..the only thing i dont like is that you cant set a slideshow 4 ur background and when u read a message from the front and then open the phone it takes a second 4 the screen 2 show up...but other than that its GREAT!!! :)
