The founding fathers went to extraordinary lengths to insert the 'natural born citizen' (NBC) requirement. The Law of Nations defines NBC as a person born on the soil of parentS who were citizenS (plural). Barack's daddy was a Kenyan national and a British subject - NOT an American citizen. Obummer is not qualifed to be our POTUS. He is a usurper and a traitor!

@Auggie56 It doesn't matter who his biological father might be. Legally, citizenship is inherited from or based upon the father as it is listed on the birth certificate. In other words, the birth certificate is one's first legal document of citizenship, even if that means dual citizenship or foreign citizenship.

Especially now since the only party that it would affect is Obama since all others have passed away. That would give him 2 US citizen parents and make his eligibility even greater.

@prsmithsr Franklin received 3 copies as a gift. He gave one to a library, one to a college and kept one for himself. In a Thank You letter, he noted that his single copy was being reviewed at the Constitutional Congress. The problem with your argument is that this was a copy in the original French. Nowhere in this copy did de Vattel use a phrase that could be translated to "Natural Born Citizen". That phrase was not put into de Vattel's book until an English translation by a New York ...

jbjd has contributed much to the controversy of Obama’s eligibility, especially in regard to certification by Pelosi and all 50 Secretaries of State. I would have thought that she would have jumped on Maldonado’s eligibility dispute with the MO SOS but, instead, without any verification whatsoever, she disparaged the man. The Hawaii DOH will not verify that the on line COLB was issued by their office. I hope and pray that the truth will be revealed.
