Just wanted to clarify, did you say never in your life have you ever touched alcohol, cigarettes or coffee? Or that since you got sick and changed things? That's pretty remarkable if you have never ever touched any of that.

it seems the us radio/tv hosts seems to be more open for the raw food lifestyle.... as i saw markus on a german tv show... sometimes i had the bad feeling the hosts did not take him seriously... but maybe i was just in the wrong mindstate as i watched it...
