  • I honestly found him sooooOOOooOOOooo sexy in the 80s. MY GOD!!!

  • easy to take what i said wrong, but just saying, all we hear of his this version, but the other version on beau's album is not on this site, google, dailymortion, and the lp is not very hard to find, but this cd is on amazon for not much money, so that's sad also. AND if she didn't say it, HE WASN'T GOING TO.

  • have white people stolen EVERYTHING from black people, lol. i love robbie's version, but uhhh elvis, white rappers, on and on, i still love you robbie

  • yeah, no people who were white ever did anything inventive in music, the arts. What a stupid thing to say.

  • hollowmenrule why don't you get your facts right first, before getting all racist!

Beau Williams DID NOT write the song, Robbie Nevil did! Or are you saying he's not allowed to sing his own songs? Robbie is and always will be, a song writer, unless you are going to comment with facts, best don't comment at all! Research next time before mouthing off!

  • wasn't she the same woman who interviewed Limahl back in the 80s??

  • yesss !!

  • Who would have guessed that C'est La Vie was a cover - he looks pretty shocekd when she brought it up.

It doensn't make a difference- Great song, great songwriter & great singer. Robbie Rocks.

  • he apparently did write this song.

  • Robbie Nevil was the main writer of the song C'est La Vie together with Duncan Pain and Mark Holding, for Beau Williams back in 1984. Robbie Nevil was writing songs for others before he got a chance to release his own album in 1986.

Nevil has written songs for Pointer Sisters, Earth Wind and Fire, Destiny's Child, Babyface etc.

  • what happened to either one of them??Anyone know?

  • yeah, that song is practically a carbon copy, nice Arcadia mention though...

  • shame his interviews weren't shown a lot more from what I recall.Anyway glad to see this one here.

  • Hahahahahha! It was sung by beau Williams first!? I had no idea! I'm off to find that version now. CLASSIC STUFF
