Chem trails are not new. They have been documented in all NATO countries for like a decade + - a few years. Don't get me wrong, I don't trust a top secret program where they have declassified previous tests of biolocical weapons on U.S. and Brittish citizens. I like the analogy of a bill that passes in congress that gives free health care to help people live longer but actually kills old and unborn people.
