All of the technical stuff should have been handled before shooting. Bale had every right to shout at him. His face is the one going on the posters. Hes the face of the film and as an actor you have to maintain image and if the film is shitty. Your career could suffer.

Regardless of the situation, there's a professional way to deal with unprofessionalism. Bale stooped to below the other guy's level, and showed weakness by reacting the way he did.

Some celebrities handle their careers more professionally than others. Bale has shown the world once again that he has some growing up to do. A real man wouldn't have run his mouth so much.

A lot of people castigate Bale for this outburst, but I totally understand his frustration... I just think it would've been more justified for a better movie than "T4" however.

I could only wish that the people I work for were nearly as cooperative and willing to address & correct problems and concerns in my place of business as they were for Bale, I definitely wouldn't be nearly so intent on leaving to go elsewhere.

The guy was just doing his job, Bale didn't have to blow up on him like that. If actors were truely as good as they saw they are, they should be able to block out a guy trying to earn a living on a movie set. There's no excuse for Bale's outburst. Bale has no business looking over at him.

No, "Maxx"... "the guy" was *NOT* doing his job... he was INTERFERING with production! This DP, Shane Hurlbut, was notorious for having had a long history of fiddling with the lighting & causing distractions while on movie sets during the filming of scenes. Bale even warned Hurlbut about it several times before he finally blew up. The fact that somebody finally bitched him out with such intensity was probably the remedy that'll fix his bad on-set behavior -- we'll see.

he was born in wales and but lived in a few different places so thats probably why hes got a fucked up accent.

i guess its not a good way to react with someone, but i can understand his point, if someones walking around in the set doing stuff and messing the guys concentration up, and he is making a movie with mcg so its obviously going to be one of the worst times of his life.
