i have just got home from berovets,(14th march) We did have good snow on the tues and again this morning,Berovets is a resort full of obnoxious Bulgarians who will rip you of for every penny they can get.
Everything is so expensive you would not believe,but most of all the ski lifts are rubbish,the lifts do not link up so you end up knackered doing miles of poleing,i myself was boarding which is even worse,they also close the lift at 4.10pm.
dont waste your money or get ripped off is my advise,please look at my videos showing the lift closed with hundreds of skiers on the slopes,piste bashers also dont do much either.
please if you are going to borovets then buy your ski pass online,do not whatever you do wait and buy it at resort,it will cost you 286 lev (approx £142) for a six day adult pass,online price before you go will be appox £90.if you need to know more message me.
I canny see any green runs on the current piste maps. In fact I am a bit perplexed by the piste maps e.g. how does the blue run work at the top of the cable car. Look like you have to ski uphill somehow?
Hey, Is this Sitnyakovo Royal Residence ski run? I'm a beginner and I'm looking for some almost flat run, where I could practice :)
