Is it the Rite of Sping? Because it looks like very much with the Pina Bausch coreography about this piece.

The male dancers are too effeminate, doesn't work with the The Rite - which is very heterosexual piece.

The women should be on average, not the men.

Good music, good stage settings,good technical dancers... Bad choregraphy!!! Check Alvin Ailey and Martha Graham group dancing and formations!!!

This isn't just any contemporary choreography though, it has a lot of Aboriginal culture behind it. I don't know if you've seen the dancing of Australian Aboriginals, but this pays homage to that and does it well.
