Nope. I bought a $1 Police Night Stick from my Canadian Dollarama. Gutted out the flashing LED as well as the button you press to make the sounds and kept the speaker, batteries and sound chip.
Best Weapon EVER! Direct Traffic and beat down your opponents all at the same time.
