The no condom issue is down to religeous missionaries(Catholic mainly) refusing to give aid or even set up a mission at all if the people have access to condoms. I know it sounds rediculous but this is what is to blame for the rise of HIV infection in a lot of African countries. These so called 'men of God' are spreading disease because they don't like people having sex. So it's down to sex and the church's attitude to it. If u don't believe me do your research.
In an ideal world, these men would have access to both circumcision and condoms. But in the absence of condoms, better to circumcise them than leave them unprotected.

And yet American researchers the WHO and the Bill Gates foundation are pouring money into getting more men to be circumcised? Crazy.

this are traditions practices.This world we have to respect peoples cultures just like you don't believe that cutting your genitals makes you a man,the same thing they believe that cutting does.let this guys enjoy their own i'm sure you are proud of your culture as well.

And why would a village of 2000 people not have anywhere to buy condoms? I guess no-one's serious about stopping HIV.
