  • I thought creatine would help in almost all physical activity? I am an amature fighter and need to meet certain weight requirement. My training though includes a lot of low rep weights, body weight exercises and HIIT

    I've been taking creatine for a while and always felt that it improved my performance. Maybe it is a psychological thing?

  • Should I take c4 while cutting? It does have creatine no3 in it. However, it's for cutting due to the shynephrine in it. I don't know what to do.

    3 sets of 8-10 reps incline bench press

    3 sets of 8-10 reps flat bench press

    3 sets of 8-10 reps decline bench press

    and 4 sets of 12 reps Pec-Flys machine

    is this good stimulation for mucles growth or should i do more in my cest workouts and im not getting sore like i used to before

  • Just a thanks for enlightening me about the prolab creatine mono. I was under the impression that creatine was only in those big jugs full of koolaid and sugar. I bout the 2 pack from Amazon for 23 bux and wow what a great product.I mix it in everything I drink.Water, milk, unsweetened tea.It dont matter cause it dont change the flavor of anything.Awesome shit.Thanks again

  • i agree creatine makes me pack on mass and weight too damn easy, trying to lean the fugg up. Once i got off the creatine i started finally seeing not only the stomach but whole body lean and tone down.

  • @ltz15 depends on your bodytype. if you gain fat easily then you should focus on getting to your ideal bodyweight first and then start bulking up. remember whether its a clean bulk of dirty one, your body will still need a surplus of calories because the idea is not to shrink or let the body eat up any muscle therefore when bulking without shedding fat first...you'll only get fatter with a small amount of muscle gain.

  • does creatine lose quality over a period of time? i bought a creatine creapure 8 months ago, used it for one month and it was great. i felt a lot stronger. now i used it again and i can't feel nothing. it's been a week since i've been back on creatine and i feel the same as if i didn't take creatine at all. i might give another week but im starting to believe that the creatine has lost its effectiveness.

  • Why would you need to become depleted of carbs in order to cut? Brown rice, sweet potatoes, high quality oats are excellent with creatine monohydrate whilst on a body fat cut. Of course you would stop taking creatine 3 weeks prior to competition to remove as much water weight as possible and look vascularly shredded.

  • @mayhemusic100 get 1 - 1.5 grams on protein /lb of body weight + about 30 grams of fat and eat the resst of your calories in carbs.. but its only advice

  • @nick888ph 30grams is way too less... i would recomment taking about 100g of fat, thats 900 kcal of fat

    lets say you are 80kg and take 200g protein thats kcal 800 kcal from protein.

    making 1700 kcal. rest from carbs

    just make sure you take the good fats.

    and 200g of protein is too damn high. Lets say you weigh 200 pounds, only 70-100g MAX! of protein is needed to max out your gains. Its what you do in the gym not what you shove down your mouth. Love Your Body.

    check out the pdf book from the truth about protein dot com, written by Brad Pilon. I think hes right on about the protein topic and alot of folks especially Americans are overdoing it with the protein shakes and stuff. 70g is all thats needed, i wouldnt go over 120g. If you wanna really gain weight, mass and muscle, good ol creatine monohydrate is all thats needed.

    i agree you can take less, but 70 g for 200 pounds is NOT ENOUGH. 150g at least. even 2g/per kg is not much, some bodybuilder take 4g/per kg

    you need protein for everything, not just muscle, and if you want those extra muscles you need more protein.

    with what else should the body repair the broken muscle fibers.
