I used to hate Pak when I was younger, but now I sometimes wonder why we keep on hating each other even after 60 years of independence. India was divided and we got hurt when such a huge and magnificient country was divided apart. But beyond that I still dont know whether it was good or for bad as I beleive, it is a playground for top politicians on both sides for their personel gains.

1965:Pak attacked on India proudly using imported tanks from America. But Indian Soldiers not only stopped Pak forces,they reached at the situation to capture the Lahore & Siyalkot.
1971:In Bangldesh war,93000+ paki soldiers surrendered in front of Indian generals.Bangladesh originated & few part of Western Pak also was captured by Indian Army.
1999:Pak broke the trust once again but Indian Army regain the territory.This war(operation Vijay)is counted #1,did by any army on the deadly hills.

Finally, I do admit from my observations that, to a man, the average Pakistani soldier is more aggressive, vicious, brutal, efficient and physically stronger compared to the average Indian soldier. The Pakistani "kill-ratio" is probably higher. But Indians have an overwhelming numerical superiority and mental-tenacity which counts too during a war. That's why India could push back the Pakistanis during the Kargil War even after losing a large number of soldiers.

Also, before India attacked in 71, what do you think the West Pakistanis were doing in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). Read the Hamood-ur-Rehman comission. West Pakistan deserved what it got after its invading army behaved as rapists and plunderers. Still is carrying on in the same vein.

Kargill..we took over kargill after india went crying to US. US president invited nawaz shariff to withdraw forces. so Morron did and pak army did not get any support from pakistan army.
