I've heard a lot of people say about the scraper thingy for the konad plates that it scratched the plates over time, and that it is often better to use an old credit card or something like that as plastic won't scratch the konad plates, making them last longer. ^_^

sorry to be a prick but if you want a better carbon fiber effect, use 3 colours. a light aluminium then go a few shades darker then a few shades darker again. continue the pattern making sure that ( if the lines are horizontal ) you can follow the design diagonaly ( dark corner to dark corner, medium corner to medium corner, and light corner to light corner) to give it the weave effect. finish with a clear high gloss as real carbon fiber is layered thick with a polymar resin.

How do you get the nail polish off of the stamper afterward?

the stamper is a rubber so if there is any left you can just rub it off. it will come right off without a problem.

Regular works too. I bought it and was playing around with it. Some polishes work better that other thought. I use a brand called Nicole and it works fine with the stamping kit. You just need to try it yourself with ur polishes.
