I wish I could agree with this, but it's way too rational for the typical American.
Americans vote personality to policy 2:1.
TV, print, and conversations around the water fountain rarely involve serious matters of policy.
As long as the Department of Education maintains a federally mandated ciriculum, children will not understand civics, economics, or the constitution at the degree they should. They become adults that are more concerned about sensationalism then matters of substance.
Among the remaining candidates, I like Obama. I believe he is closer to the people than the other two. He will listen to what people have to say and I believe that is important.
Have you looked in to Wayne Allyn Root? I may vote for him because even if he does not win now I think his support could grow and perhaps he could win in the future. I wonder if Ron Paul would consider running as his VP.
this is what the nedia wants you to believe. that you are alone in your love for dr. paul. but ur not, they want you to think he doesnt have a chance. electability depends on the electors, that means you. believe in ron paul because he believes in you as an american citizen to be able to run your government. we need loyal supporters, if you believe the message, than stick with it. im sure martin luther king jr. was not popular right away
I have noticed that Ron Paul doesn't typically attack anyone, even when questions are phrased as attacks. He seems to be a man who focuses on ideas, not the approach of the mainstream media of ad hominem attacks.
We see this in life - true winners (on a personal level) don't waste time attacking others.
Although effective in politics, its simply not Rons style. And I do find it quite refreshing. Everything about Ron is different. Everything is good honest truth.
some of your premonitions to question are interesting but the questions I have before you ask your question are far more basic and far less "loaded" than yours,.. such as mike huckabee's guest worker program? You made look like some kind of sneaky helping of the Mexican government?
djbro16: Mexico receives billions of dollars per year that their citizens send from the U.S. to Mexico, and they want to keep that money coming in. They have links to various groups and even U.S. politicians, and they even recently stated that they're going to be using U.S. nonprofits to push their agenda in the U.S.

the only way 'rp' will be anywhere close to the presidency is if MIKE GRAVEL gets elected! do you honestly think a republican has a chance? NO! let's do better than 'rp' and vote MIKE GRAVEL!
Hey man. I've been slated as "centrist" (not because I don't have an opinion, but because mine don't fit into the presets) and I would give the republicans a chance. Bush is not the whole republican party. The republicans didn't have seventy-three candidates within their own party. And if it comes to hilary vs. condi then the sympathy vote is neutralized. Look out!
I'd like to see more Dems get behind Gravel, but it is highly unlikely that Ron Paul supporters are suddenly going to support Gravel. Other than the war, they are miles apart on the issues.
im sorry i have to corret you he said the government will not pay for it there is not a thing wrong with that and besides im a woman and i wont the right to chose
I meant this comment in a nice way, so I assume the thumbs down was from the non-fans, who I pray will see the light of Ron Paul sooner than later. They will benefit from him also, but most importantly - American & World people will benefit overall.
Money lenders biggest fear is Paul supporters using credit cards to donate to Pauls campaign, thus they'll be indirectly supporting their enemy against their will. Paul's coffers could amass hundreds of million's on their credit, they'll be shittin their pants.
Actually Barack Obama fully supports the Constitution. He also taught Constitutional Law for over 10 years. He also realizes that there are problems that America face in this day and age that our fore fathers didn't have to worry about. Nuclear arms etc.
I've had over 600 hits from one site alone to a site that embeds this video, yet the view count was stuck on 234 for a few hours, and now it's been stuck on 532 for the last few hours (it shows 669 in the 'more from this user' area). Odd how that works.

Just snooping around wiki & found this:
-Paul introduced The Sanctity of Life Act of 2005 [...]
-Introduced the We the People Act [...]
-If made law, either of these acts would allow states to prohibit abortion.
-In 2005, Paul voted against restricting interstate transport of minors to get abortions.
If you care to read the rest the article is called: "Political Positions of Ron Paul" and you want look for 3.2.1.

Abortion is murder, women should just consider adoption. if they want to have sex then they can deal with the consequences imo
