i just film it with the light source behind the green screen so the Silhouette is more visible.

hi i was wondering how you did the lighting. because i was told that for silhouettes you should light the green screen but no the subject, but it looks like you have lit everything. also how did you deal with the shadows on the floor

And here how you do it

You dupliicate the fllor and the Sam Dancing Layer and move them to 3D Space in the Z axis

then you animate a camara in 3D Spcee

To create the soft shadow you need to duplicate the layer and move it to be plane with the Checker and a fast blur in Vertical only!
