I love all the covers you guys have done. I like the added guitar solos in this version. I wish Rich Williams played more solos in the early days of Kansas. I noticed that a part in this cover is missing, after the long instrumental section.

As a Kansas fan from waaaay back when, I have nothing but mega Kudos the folks on this video. They paid homage to the musicianship that Kansas truly is vs. the sex,drugs and rock'n'roll. A cover which not only is true to the original but adds subtle touches of thier own. Absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Very kind of you to say, but getting together in person would be a bigger task than putting these songs together. We live in North America, Europe, and Mexico.

Personally, I'd LOVE to do a live "tour" if someone with the right connections that could work out how we could all be in the same place at the same time, make certain all of your daily life business is covered, and get us paid well for putting together a LIVE Kansas tribute show.

If someone is out there who can do this, let us know

Awesome! Journey from Mariabronn and Song for America are my two favorite Kansas songs. I just saw Kansas Friday night with the Oklahoma State University Symphony. I love the video also. I noticed the part with the car was filmed on Route 66 in Oklahoma City and Bethany, Oklahoma about two miles from where I live. What irony! My favorite song and a video of my hometown. I am looking forward to other Kansas works from you guys.

You guys treat this fantastic song by Kansas, by the way one of the most creative bands ever in my humble opinion, very good. At the beginning for me it sounded almost like the original. Very good playing of all the musicians, and a special compliment for the vocalists, very good voices and great feeling for the tune. just one little point of criticism concerning to the volume of the violine, which is a bit too loud on some parts and has for my taste too much trebles in the mix. CONGRATS to all!

I've got three words for you: OH MY GOD!!! This was the most amazing cover of any song that I have ever heard in my entire life! I was looking forward to this video for many months and it was so damn worth it! Each and everyone of you guys did an outstanding job on his part and Al and Roland did such a great work on video and audio! Especially the end sounded like the real Kansas were playing it. Keep on rockin' guys, I really can't wait for the next masterpiece :-)

you guys that was fucking FANTASTIC! as someone who's learned this song myself i know how hard to coordinate this all must have been....i was stoked that you include the lengthly intsrumental bridge, even kansas didn't play that one live a lot of the time! All I can say as a Kansas devotee is, you did the band JUSTICE! Also huge props to Al for hitting those high notes! WOW, now i am insipred to do my own cover!! :O)

While everyone had a hand in the making of this video, please note, it is Roland that brought this project to life. Also Al's vocals put us on a level of epic porportion. Marks violin is what makes us a Virtual Kansas Band. George and Rolands keyboards fill every empty spot with chills of "Wow...that was way cool" !!! I think it was worth the wait and time spent. I am so pleased with the end result. I played my bass part on this and the previous song, but when I listen to those songs back every time I feel like I'm listening to the real Kansas.

I'm not making an egotistical statement, but just one of pure amazement that seven complete strangers from the different US states and different countries each played the music that you hear. And I believe we've done justice to the music of the original Kansas.
