As soon as you are able to get a vehicle, find a safe place away from enemy spawn points and find a way to keep the trigger held down (tape? rubber band?). Just walk away for a few hours and after you have unloaded 100,000 shots from the vehicle you will get 20,000 exp.

@ihasnotomato You just play the game, and level up to 61 the normal way. I don't know if he has edited the movie since you've posted, but he does say something about how you need to level a guy up the correct way before doing this glitch.

Make sure that when you make your character level 61 that you SAVE (it may not save on exit so make sure that it says it will). Then repeat but make the character level 1 instead, save. Now make it level 61 AGAIN and you should have enough skill points.

The only way to fix the quests for campaign is to do the glitch again, and instead of clicking "New Character", select another character that has the quests done. It took us a while to figure this out and it is the only solid way to fix it WITHOUT modding.

Yes? It can but it your starting a new character I think that you still have a limit on your weapons as if it were a new character. Just progress through story line and you should get all 4 weapon slots at or before New Haven.
