This is all nonsense. If people wouldn't think that the number of views of their videos is proportional to the size of their dicks, then discussions like this wouldn't even be held.
It costs less than $100 to remove somethign like that...why dont people get surgery for stuff like that? I have had lumps removed many times...its common curtesy for family and loved ones anyway.
um. no it isn't. if you are so insecure with yourself that you have to have surgery to remove your imperfections... than i guess thats your choice. but not all people are as shallow as you. and family and loved ones, are suppose to love you no matter what you look like.

I think it's a view as soon as it is clicked on. When I upload a video and it becomes available in my videos, I watch it. The view is reflected as a (1) view even if I don't watch the whole thing.

Well, dont you think it is important to find out from YT what acutally IS considered a view? Wouldnt knowing that determine whether or not thumbnail cheating exists? While I appreciate your reply, it is simply a reply based on what you believe and not factual.
The point of whether or not this is a form of cheating is moot until we find out how much of ones video viewed is considered a view. =)
I think youtube counts the views as soon as the page is opened. So thumbnail cheating is a real concept from a numeric standpoint. But as you said, the deceptive thumbnail won't make people stop and watch your video all the way through, so all thumbnail cheating does is distort the appearance of the number of times the video has been seen and the number of people who have seen it.
