Glee's mission isn't to make the songs better than the originals. They just put their own spin on songs. I don't get why people get so upset about glee "ruining" songs. Everyone just needs to relax and enjoy the songs.

i just dont get how they manage to put some of those songs into the show. for example, defying gravity is about a girl who is hated and misunderstood, leaving everyone who hated her and defying her limits to become free. how do you incorperate that kind of song in this show and make it relevent?
