  • One of my favorite historical-figures in history

  • Gotta have walking on broken glass!

  • UGLY Marie Antoniette, OMG!!!!

  • Lang lebe die Königin!

  • Wow, I think this actress has the closest resemblance to Marie Antoinette of all those others who've played her role.

  • Closer than Kirsten Dunst ?

  • Kirsten Dunst has very little resemblance to Marie Antoinette. Her nose and facial structure is totally different. Just look up Madame Tussaud's death mask of Marie Antoinette, or any painting of her.

  • The French Revolution was BRUTAL.

  • It was evil.

  • Brutale ? Oh si peu. Juste un peu sanglante on va dire ;)

  • Just as a small observation... why do you have Royal Britania playing at the start when she was Queen of France...

  • what is the name of this music please ?

    because i love this song

  • It's :" walking on broken glass " by Annie Lenox.

  • the thing is that marie was much younger than that in the time Jefferson went to France, she was like in her early 30s...in that 1995 movie Marie looks like she's 60. And Louis was not that old too.

  • could someone uploud the got damn movie

  • Maria Antonieta no era una persona mala. Maria fue una victima de todo, era muy joven.

  • stupido giuliano ke nombre y todavia the pones the best o sea the best fucking person in the world bullshit!!!!!

  • She was too young too rule, I'm sure you would get carried away with such power at your fingertips it is obvious you are arrogant from the way you refer to Marie Antoinette, she did not deserve to die the way she did. She was used as a scapegoat by the already fallen french government.

    Que viva la Reina!

  • Why were there an england (english) song there when this is friggin FRENCH !

  • Concernant le personnage de Louis XVI de film est une merde absolue !!

  • C'est se foutre de la gueule du monde (mais surtout des Français) que de commencer ce film avec comme musique de fond un air on ne peut plus rosebeef!

  • Hello is this movie marie antoinnette or jefferson in paris? i want to buy it, cany anyone tell me which movie is?

  • Why on earth did you use "Rule, Britannia!"? That song was written to celebrate Britain's antipathy to the French Bourbons. (By the way, the music was Thomas Arne, not Elgar, as stated elsewhere). Read the lyrics, they are most definitely anti-French.

  • of course, i'v never met marie antoinette. but from paintings and busts of her, i bet this actress would resemble marie antoinette alot

  • Yeah I think so too! lol. She does look very similar.

  • music ?????? PLEASE

  • 1.Rule Britannia-Edward Eglar

    2.Walking on a broken glass-Ennie Lennox

    3.Prelude from anime movie Anastazia

  • MERCI !!!!!!!!!

  • oh poor marie i love her so great video by the way

  • why is the intro rule britannia?

  • BECOUSE i DECIDED so and placed it in...ok?

  • lol =]

  • Where did you find these beautiful pictures of Jefferson in Paris? Great sequence of photos by the way; still you could have done a better job with the music.

  • those pictures are shots from W.M.Maker-no problems in making them...So as usually I did

  • Poor Music,nice video...

  • LOL!I´d say both is great!!!stil thank you

  • maria antonietta era una pessima regina,no come la sorela maria carolina regina di napoli ke fece grandi cose per il suo popolo

  • Soy completamente dacuerdo. Gracias a Dios para la revolucion...

  • may God punish those who are responsible for this horrible revolution...!!!any rebel or that brutal scum!!!!

  • what movie is this? can you buy it and is it in English?

  • It's "Jefferson in Paris" by Merchant Ivory productions from 1995. Marie-Antoinette is played by the excellent french comedian Charlotte de Turckeim. The film also starred Nick Nolte(!) as Thomas Jefferson and Gwyneth Paltrow as his daughter Martha. It's an amazingly beautiful film! It's available on DVD.

  • well...not care about Jefferson and his family...but Marie Antoinette is there my love, beautiful as always and lovely!!!

  • name of music please ?

  • @CHCANY Thomas Jefferson is my ancestor and I care about him very much. This blood bath of a Revolution stripped France of it's true self. Sorry you do not see more of the historical impact of this tragedy.

  • @Rossdhu16

I care only about the king and Queen! Poor Marie antoinette. She was an angel

  • @Rossdhu16 this was gonna happen at one point in french history, engoland and the rest of europe already had their re-unifications, civil wars, and etc, but france had only one out burst, and thats the protestant revolution which harly did anything but cause massacres, technically france has been fully united for the last 400 years, and so they needed an outburst especially since louis 14 had kept them so tightly togehter...they just needed some kind of scape-goat, and marie antoinette was easy.

  • they never look so uggly.

  • Quite right...but in this movie...it somehow suits...becouse they are trying to show tah Americans were the best even in the 18´th century.

  • Good job.

  • that is movie?

  • Excellent video collage of Marie Antoinette. You got almost everything on her in this movie - well done!!
