seems to be the Star sign UFO. Vega is very distant from earth and doesn't change color so rapidly . You can compare with the other video I have in my favorites. You will find very similar one in color. Do try to establish a telepathic rapport with them and ask simple thing : move and change color. Some people have been successful. If you have a star low in the horizon you can see a effect thats called atmosphereic convection .
