You need a chiped or softmoded xbox.

Then you just get the latest build of XBox Media Center (XBMC) MC360 is now included in most builds

Go buy an Action Replay and Splinter Cell. Get the saved game and follow the tutorials. Just look up Xbox Softmod Splinter Cell tutorial. You should find something. After that its all cake .... and do what i did.. go return AR and SC the next day lol.
