  • @umadbro201182 You're stupid. Your hips HAVE to go up somewhat in order to get your foot to that position. He clearly demonstrated "don't let your hips go up" by actually putting his hips up really high. In his moves they barely go up. How about you learn a little about body mechanics? :o

  • @Rantalicious well, you have to move them up in order to get your foot in that position in the first place, but after that it's more of a matter of swiveling your hips to move the feet back and forth

  • @BiGChocolatE93 I tried it for a few reps. It's almost no pressure on the knees. I suggest doing good stretches, maybe learning some Yoga before you go all the way up with your feet. Luckily I'm a fat guy blessed with the double joint :)

  • @otakucode nah man ... it builds immense confidence. exercise helps a lot of other things too: sex life, brain function, heart and lungs, skeletal system. helps the immune system. so many other things. i dont know what modern world you're talking about. but where i worked (an office) all the lazy fucks were coughing and sneezing all the time feeling fatigued drinking coffee and eating muffins and having back problems from a lack of muscle and sitting on their modern asses.

  • hey does this have the same effect as pressups as i find it qiet hard as i get really stiff when i go too do a press up and unconfortable

  • @monkey50cal since youre not doing any pushing,id imagine it doesnt.Its a full body anaerobic workout if you do it quickly,good as part of a circuit.If press ups are hard for you,do them on your knees or hands on a box,feet on floor.
