Scientifically speaking, it's shown that the least pain during animal slaughter is felt when using the Islamic/Jewish method. Bleeding out the animal causes it to faint instantly. And killing even one person, is forbidden in the Quran. Killing animals in front of eachother (initially painful, painless after it's done) as in the video is quite crude.
