  • @ davepetzer : Welcome. Last what I have used was MPLAB C18 v3.22, that have no problem. I think, it might be the problem of that software. U may try with any other copy of C18 compiler to fix the problem,

  • Hi there, Thank you for the video. My installation of MPLAB_C18 does not have the lkr folder. It has h and lib folder but no lkr. It is version 3_34 when I installed it I chose to install every component linker included.

  • @davepetzer for me, it was in the bin folder

    \MPLAB C18\bin\LKR

  • Welcome Ryan. U need PICkit or Universal Programmer to hook up PIC to ur PC thru' USB port. Feel free to contact for any further assistance.

  • thanks how do i hook up the pic to my computer?

  • thank u sinweaver.

  • Thanks for the great tutorial! Yeah, English must be the most slow-paced language in the world. When I hear people using their native language it often sounds like they speak at machinegun speed. As an English-only speaker I'm really very grateful that so many people are somehow able to learn it as second language. And so often they're great people who aren't afraid to step up to the microphone and make a difference.

  • Hello breezebro, I think my tempo is pretty well, as English is non-native language to me so sorry for inconvenince!

  • When you don't speak a language well, speak slower so someone can understand you.

I could understand very little you said.

  • Its very helpful for the beginners.
